Rent from 3 nights these accommodations located on the seafront in a contemporary villa, all air-conditioned with free wifi connection, an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
We provide you with bed linen (sheet, duvet, pillow and pillowcase) as well as your towels and welcome product (soap and shower gel).

Located on the ground floor of the villa, this air-conditioned Studio opens onto a terrace equipped with chairs and a garden table allowing you to make the most of our mild Côte d’Azur climate. You will have a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm), a separate kitchen with dining area, a television, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Ideally located 10m from the beach, this apartment will seduce you.
You will benefit :

- a flat screen TV with DTT channels,
- a kitchenette equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils and cookware, dining table and chairs.

- a clothesline and an iron.
For your peace of mind, we put at your disposal, upon reservation and subject to availability, a parking plate allowing you to park in front of the villa for a daily rate of 5€.

- Towels (1 change/person/week)
- Baby equipment is available free of charge on reservation within the limits of our availability (cot, bathtub, high chair, bottle warmer).
- Free access to the Wi-Fi network
- Toiletries: shower gel, soap and toilet paper
- Access to a small collective free laundry at the villa.

- Obligatory : The tourist tax (0.90 €/day/person over 16 years old)
- Obligatory: Final cleaning (paying and obligatory) (except kitchen area and garbage cans): 50 €.
